It was recently announced that the USTA Tri-level league national tournament will be expanding in 2024 to include more levels. Previously, only teams that were 4.5/5.0/5.5 were invited to compete. Beginning this year, the allowable levels will now be 3.0/3.5/4.0, 3.5/4.0/4.5 and 4.0/4.5/5.0.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our local leagues to have a shot at not only playing at the National level, but winning! Hopefully, the tournament will continue being held in San Diego, California, at the Barnes Tennis Center, home to the WTA San Diego Open.
